Refund Policy
Membership subscriptions
Membership fees are billed in advance for each period (monthly, quarterly or annual). Because membership gives you access to the member area and your place in the choir for that period, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments (see our Cancellation Policy).
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, please contact us and we will refund the affected amount promptly.
Concert tickets
Tickets for our concerts are sold through a third-party ticketing provider and are subject to that provider's terms. If a concert is cancelled, ticket holders will be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email us with your name and the payment details, and we will help.
Email: cliff@overbergchoir.co.za
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time, either from your member area or by emailing cliff@overbergchoir.co.za.
Cancelling stops any future automatic payments. Your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew. There are no cancellation fees.
If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you are always welcome to sign up again.
